Vehicle Restraint System(VRS)

Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS) or Safety Fences appear on the road network in several forms (i.e. Guardrails, Guardrails with End Terminals, Crash Cushion Barriers).

Objective

To Sustain the collision of an incoming speeding vehicle and thus act as an impact buffer for the driver and any passengers.
